Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bariki Studio, we strive to provide you with high-quality, curated fashion. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund and Return Policy Please note that bariki studio does not accept refunds or returns on any purchases. All sales are final. We encourage you to review size charts (if confused go for one size up) and product details thoroughly before placing an order.

2. Exchange Policy We do not offer refunds, returns and exchange, however we are happy to facilitate an exchange under the following specific conditions:

  • Size Issues: If the garment does not fit as expected.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
  • Defective Product: If the item has a genuine manufacturing defect.

3. Mandatory Proof for Exchange To maintain transparency and assess claims promptly, we require the following:

  • Unboxing Video: A clear, continuous video of you opening the package for the first time.
  • Photographs: Clear, high-resolution photos of the specific issue (e.g., the defect or the wrong item received).

Note: Exchanges cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video.

4. Exchange Period Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

5. Condition of the Item To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • In the same condition as received.

6. The Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your Order ID and the required proof (video/photos).
  2. Assessment: Our quality control team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. Instructions: Once approved, our team will guide you on the next steps and provide instructions for the return shipment.
