🚀 Prepaid Orders (Pay Full Amount Online)

Orders below ₹1,000 → ₹99 shipping charge → Express Delivery (5–10 business days)
Orders ₹1,000 and above → FREE shipping → Express Delivery (5–10 business days)

📦 Partial COD Orders (Pay Small Amount Now, Rest on Delivery)

Orders ₹200–₹999 → Pay ₹199 now + ₹99 shipping charge → Balance payable on delivery → Standard Delivery (8–14 business days)
Orders ₹1,000–₹1,999 → Pay ₹199 now → FREE shipping → Balance payable on delivery → Standard Delivery (8–14 business days)
Orders ₹2,000–₹7,000 → Pay 10% of the order value now → FREE shipping → Balance payable on delivery → Standard Delivery (8–14 business days)

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer shipping across India via two delivery modes based on your payment method.

Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)

Delivered via Express Delivery.
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Orders below ₹1,000 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
Orders ₹1,000 and above qualify for FREE shipping.

Partial COD Orders

Delivered via Standard Delivery.
Orders typically arrive within 8–14 business days after dispatch.
Orders below ₹1,000 incur a ₹99 shipping charge.
A booking amount is collected upfront as follows:
- ₹199 for orders between ₹200 and ₹1,999.
- 10% of the order value for orders between ₹2,000 and ₹7,000.
The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

3. Failed Delivery & Refund Policy

Our courier partner will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts in case of non-delivery.
If the order remains undelivered after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders

In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the original shipping and convenience charge of ₹199 (where applicable) and any return shipping charges incurred by bariki studio may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds for Partial COD Orders

The upfront booking amount paid for Partial COD orders is non-refundable in cases of order refusal, incorrect address, non-contactable customer, or failed delivery after multiple delivery attempts, as it covers shipping, handling, and operational costs.

Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

4. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.
You can track your package via our courier partner's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Delivery Location

We ship directly from our studio in Kolkata.

While we strive to service all pin codes across India, if our courier partners are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or provide a full refund where applicable.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate, including a valid phone number.

bariki studio shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Damages & Issues

As per our Exchange Policy, customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package.

If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.
